Flower vase is crystal clear glass and coloured glass, melted together. The glassmaker blows the melted glass into a mould, using classic craftsman principles. Because the Flower vase is handmade it tends to have individual air bubbles and differences in the colours and transparency from vase to vase, giving each piece its own unique story.

Flower vase stands robust, while the graduated tint at the bottom hides the flower water and lets the stems emerge gradually - almost as if nature and object merge in both an aesthetic and functional unity.

Flower vase is created by designer Nina Erichsen at her glass workshop on the Danish island of Bornholm.

Ro webshop grants full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day after you received the items. You have to give us notice within 14 days after the receipt of your items. Hereafter you have 14 days to return the items to our warehouse. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging if you are to receive full compensation for your purchase (excl. delivery expenses). We accept that items have been taken out of the packaging for inspection and testing (equivalent to what is normal and possible in a physical shop). If the items have been used to an extent so they have lost value the lost of value will be deducted in your compensation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not accept packages sent collect on delivery (COD). Customers have to pay the delivery charges for the return of a product. The delivery charges are non-refundable. As soon as we have received and approved the returned items, we will credit your account with the amount you paid for the goods within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the credit card that was originally charged. This is to avoid the use of stolen credit cards. Please remember to state your registration and account numbers for the bank transfer. 

Please keep your post office receipt as documentation of shipment of the returned items. All costs in connection with the return of items shall be paid by the customer. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. 

Please note that some items cannot be returned. Any items that have personalized or modified to your specification cannot be returned. Gift cards can not be returned or converted to cash. 

If the items are defective or damaged when you receive them from our warehouse we will replace them free of charge. You have to give us notice right away. Please send us an email at webshop@rocollection.dk.

Ro webshop giver fuld fortrydelsesret i en periode på 14 dage regnet fra dagen efter du modtog dine varer. Du er forpligtet til at give os besked inden for 14 dage og har herefter yderligere 14 dage til at fremsende de returnerede varer til vores lager. Varerne skal returneres i deres oprindelige stand og i original, ubeskadiget emballage for at du som kunde er berettiget til fuld kompensation for købesummen (ekskl. forsendelsesomkostninger). Vi accepterer at varerne har været taget ud af emballagen for at blive inspiceret og afprøvet (på samme måde og i samme omfang som er mulig i en fysisk butik). Hvis afprøvningen har været i et sådan omfang, at varerne har mistet værdi, vil du blive godtgjort købesummen fratrukket en evt. værdiforringelse. For at gennemføre din returnering kræver vi en kvittering eller et købsbevis.

Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt per efterkrav (modtager betaler). Kunderne skal selv afholde samtlige forsendelsesomkostninger ved returnering. Disse omkostninger godtgøres ikke. Så snart vi har modtaget og godkendt de returnerede varer, vil vi kreditere din konto med det beløb, du har betalt for varen inden for 14 dage. Vi indbetaler beløbet til det kreditkort, som oprindeligt blev anvendt til at foretage købet. Dette er for at undgå misbrug af stjålne kreditkort. Husk at oplyse din registrering og kontonumre for bankoverførsel.

Husk at gemme din postkvittering som dokumentation for afsendelsen af ​​de returnerede varer. Alle omkostninger i forbindelse med returnering af varer betales af kunden. Varerne er dit ansvar som kunde, indtil de når frem til vores lager.

Bemærk at nogle varer ikke kan returneres. Eventuelle genstande, som personligt eller modificeret til at din specifikation kan ikke returneres. Gavekort kan ikke returneres eller konverteres til kontanter.

Hvis varerne er defekte eller beskadiget, når du modtager dem fra vores lager, så ombytter vi dem uden omkostninger for dig som kunde.
